Job Description

Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Meta for healthcare company Create engaging, high-quality content (short-form videos, posts, infographics, stories, carousels, etc.). Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and target audience preferences. Manage daily posting, community interactions, and audience engagement. Monitor comments, messages, and feedback across platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses. Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns tailored to each platform. Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions) and optimise campaigns.

Requirement



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 2-4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably across multiple platforms. Proven success in growing brand presence on LinkedIn, TikTok, XiaoHongShu, and Meta. Strong content creation skills -- copywriting, video editing (basic), and storytelling. Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics, RED dashboards). * Ability to adapt tone and content for different cultural contexts (e.g. Western vs Chinese platforms).
