What You'll Do

Design and execute social media campaigns that drive awareness, interest and conversions Create content that resonates--across posts, stories, reels and paid ads Strategically align content with outreach and sales initiatives to attract the right audience Generate and qualify leads through targeted digital engagement Track key metrics (reach, engagement, click-through, lead gen) and optimise for performance Collaborate closely with the sales team to sync messaging, nurture prospects and support funnel activity Stay current with trends, tools and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve

What You Bring and Gain

1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation Strong storytelling, content planning and visual branding skills Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer or similar A sharp eye for trends, timing and tone Passion for building community, shaping brand identity, and creating meaningful content
