Job Description
Social Media Executive
Working Day: Monday - Friday (4 days in Office, 1 day from Home)
Office Location: Jurong East, Singapore
Salary Range: $4,500 - $5,500
:
- Develop content strategy for all brands and align with Managing Director
- Work closely with Marketing Managers to set SM KPIs and measure/report performance periodically
- Monthly content calendar for Facebook and Instagram
- Work closely with Marketing to create content (video, photo/image, animation)
- Maintain essential information (profile image, headline, etc.) on Facebook and Instagram
- Execution of daily posting on Facebook and Instagram
- Boost organic posting based on budget aligned with Marketing Managers
- Develop and launch SM advertising campaign based on budget aligned with Marketing Managers
- Develop and execute influencer-led campaigns and monthly activities
- Daily platform customer service management
- Manage overall outreach activities on social media platforms
- Bachelor-degree in marketing, business administration or hospitality is desired
- Min 5-year experience in social media management is required, preferably in F&B business
