Achievers Dream Learning Centre recognizes the influential role of social media in shaping trends and connecting with audiences. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a key role in our social media strategy, working to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and the creation of viral content.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and craft engaging, original short-form video content for TikTok that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives. Stay abreast of TikTok trends, challenges, and cultural moments to seamlessly integrate relevant and timely content into our social media strategy. Execute end-to-end video production, encompassing filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects, ensuring the delivery of engaging content. Experiment with diverse video styles, techniques, and formats to maintain content freshness and appeal to a broad audience. Actively engage with TikTok followers, monitor comments and trends, fostering a sense of community and driving meaningful interactions. Analyze video performance metrics and insights, adapting content strategies to boost engagement and facilitate growth.
Requirements:

Demonstrated track record of TikTok Content Creation, supported by a portfolio showcasing your ability to generate viral content. In-depth understanding of TikTok's platform, trends, challenges, and its unique community culture. Proficiency in video editing software and creative tools to produce visually appealing and well-edited content. Strong visual and storytelling skills, exhibiting an eye for detail and an ability to capture attention quickly. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and engaging with the TikTok audience.
Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 1:00pm to 9:00pm
