Our perfect candidate loves social media, has a passion for writing, an eye for creativity and innovation, interest in data, and most of all, an eagerness to learn. Your daily tasks will range from writing copy for social media content calendars, conducting community management, gaining hands-on experience analysing data in monthly reports, joining brainstorms for campaigns and content ideas, scheduling content, and learning about paid social advertising.
Responsibilities & Opportunities To Learn
- Research weekly social media news and updates
- Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis
- Write content calendars and work on simple visual assets
- Support on monthly reports, analyzing performance and providing insights and recommendations
- Participate in brainstorms for creative ideas, campaigns, and competitions
- Conduct community management and schedule posts
- Participate in ad building and optimization sessions with the team
- Able to commit to full-time for three (3) to six (6) months
- Entry Level candidates or final year students with a Degree in Communications or Journalism; Business; or other degrees considered which require solid business acumen and writing skills
- A proactive attitude to work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond for your team and clients
- Positivity, flexibility and resourcefulness
