RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with Management and Team Lead
Meet KPIs for campaigns, leading to the growth and renewal of existing accounts under management.
Assist the Business Development team in creating winning proposals for tenders
Ensure project budgeting is correctly applied, report to COO on budget and KPIs accurately and in a timely fashion and maintain good and orderly administrative work.
Develop and document methodologies and best practices for delivering social media and content campaigns; and train colleagues on these methodologies and best practices.
Overall project management including the good use of productivity tools and systems, timely and accurate reporting of campaign KPI status, financials, and resource requirements (including documentation of SOPs).
Manage partners, vendors, designers, and copywriters (in-house and external) for the timely and quality execution of social media marketing campaign deliverables.
Manage and train executives under your charge, strategies and grow the social media business unit in tandem with the growth in income and opportunities.
Actively improve and maintain the Company\'s social media presence and other properties in order to attract more business.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least Diploma in relevant field
At least 2 years managing social media, ideally Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Twitter
Preferably has experience managing a social media marketing team at the Agency level
