Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional with a deep understanding of the social media ecosystem, data-driven thinking, and exceptional content creation skills. You will be responsible for planning and executing the company's social media strategies across major platforms (including but not limited to Xiaohongshu and overseas social media), effectively enhancing brand influence and user growth through high-quality content and precise advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Operations Develop and implement content strategies for domestic social media platforms like Xiaohongshu, ensuring alignment with the brand identity. Independently handle content ideation, planning, copywriting, and publishing, while continuously analyzing and optimizing content performance. Overseas Social Media Advertising & Growth Manage overseas social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and execute targeted advertising strategies. Utilize digital marketing tools such as SEO/SEM to acquire users effectively, while monitoring campaign performance and conducting ROI analysis. User Growth & Data Analysis Lead or actively participate in app user growth projects, driving continuous user expansion through diverse marketing channels and strategies. Regularly monitor and analyze operational data from various channels, compile performance reports, and provide data-driven insights for strategy optimization.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in social media operations or digital marketing. Required: Proven success in Xiaohongshu operations with a deep understanding of the platform's ecosystem and user psychology. Required: Hands-on experience in overseas social media advertising, proficiency in SEO/SEM optimization, and ability to independently manage ad accounts. Required: Practical experience in app user growth, familiar with growth strategies and data analysis models. Excellent content planning skills, aesthetic judgment, and communication abilities. Strong data sensitivity with outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
