• Assist the P&O Manager in developing and implementing comprehensive publicity and outreach plans to promote activities, events, and achievements.
• Collaborate with the P&O Manager to create engaging content for various communication channels.
• Manage and maintain the School\'s social media accounts, including content creation and engagement.
• Coordinate with faculty, staff, and students to gather information and stories for showcasing achievements.
• Assist in organizing and promoting School events, digital campaigns, exhibitions, workshops, and lectures.
• Manage and maintain website design and collaborate with the web development team.
• Monitor website analytics and social media insights for data-driven improvements.
• Assist in creating marketing campaigns to increase visibility and attract stakeholders.
• Maintain a database of media contacts and relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends in publicity, outreach, social media, and web design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective information dissemination.
• Provide administrative support to the P&O Manager, including budget management and scheduling.

Job Requirements:

• A diploma or higher qualification in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in PR, publicity, marketing, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management.
• Basic knowledge of website design principles and CMS.
• Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
