Who Are We Looking For?

Organised, creative problem-solvers

plan

coordinate

end-to-end projects across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram -- and occasional

TV/variety

productions.

Position:

Producer / Project Manager

What You'll Do:

Own timelines

and

deliverables

for social content and campaigns (pre-production to post).

Brief, schedule, and coordinate

editors, designers, talent and vendors.

Run shoots

: call sheets, shot lists, logistics, client/stakeholder comms.

QA content

for brand and tone before publishing. Track

budgets

,

POs/invoices

, and simple

reporting

(views, reach, engagement). Anticipate risks,

unblock issues

, and keep projects

on time and within scope

Requirements:

Detail-oriented

,

methodical

, and calm under pressure. Experience in

content production

or

project management

(agency, production house, brand or creator studio). Comfortable with

content calendars

,

Gantt/boards

(Notion/Trello/Asana), and

basic analytics

.

English

required;

Chinese

is a bonus (for scripts/subs/client comms when needed).

Work Experience:

Open to all applicants, including

fresh graduates

and those with minimal experience.

Minimum requirement:

University graduates

(or equivalent).
