$1,000 to $1,250 with Performance Bonus

Internship Duration:

3-6 months (with potential for extension or full-time opportunity based on performance)

Priority is given to those who can commit to working part-time after the internship or apply for an LOA from school to extend the internship duration.*

Role Overview:

We're looking for a

detail-oriented and resourceful Production Intern

to join our team on-site in Singapore. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our

pre-production planning

, ensuring that every shoot and campaign runs smoothly from start to finish. You'll work closely with the creative and marketing teams, coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and supporting production workflows for clients ranging from emerging brands to established 6-8 figure businesses.

Explore how tools like ChatGPT, Kling AI, and other creative platforms can streamline planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Handle pre-production logistics, including scheduling, call sheets, and location scouting. Coordinate with vendors, clients, KOLs, and internal teams to ensure smooth shoot preparation. Assist in sourcing props, materials, and equipment for productions. Support the creative team with planning storyboards, shot lists, and production briefs. Provide on-ground assistance during shoots (where needed). Research and suggest new trends, tools, and processes to improve production efficiency Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure deliverables are on-time and on-brand.

Who We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Media, Communications, Film, Marketing, or related fields. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Good communicator who's confident coordinating with vendors, talents, and teammates. Enthusiastic about production, storytelling, and behind-the-scenes work. Familiar with scheduling tools, project management platforms, or production workflows (bonus). Able to adapt quickly in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Bonus: Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or AI-assisted creative tools.
