Role Overview

We're looking for a

creative and hands-on Photographer / Videographer

who has a strong sense for social media aesthetics and trends. You'll be responsible for

creating short-form content

(photo + video) for our clients' social media platforms -- especially TikTok and Xiaohongshu.

This role is perfect for someone who loves shooting lifestyle, fashion, and product content and understands what makes a video go viral.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute

photo and video shoots

for client social media campaigns Capture

behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, and product content

using both professional cameras and smartphones Edit and adapt content for

TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and Instagram

short-form formats Work closely with the

Account Manager and Creative Team

to deliver brand-aligned visuals Stay updated on

social media trends, transitions, filters, and sound trends

Organize and maintain the

media library and shoot schedules

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in

Film, Media, Design, or Communications

(or related fields) Strong interest in

social media content creation and brand storytelling

Proficiency with

camera operation and/or smartphone filming

Basic knowledge of

video editing tools

(e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve) Understanding of

lighting, framing, and visual composition

Familiar with

TikTok and Xiaohongshu (RED)

content trends A strong aesthetic sense and "??" -- ability to capture what works for online audiences Fluent in English; Mandarin skills are a plus (for Chinese market content)
