Job Description
My client is a Renowned Healthcare Organization looking for Social Service Assistant
- 5 Days / Office Hour / Novena / Rochor
- Salary up to $2800
- Diploma in any field
- Interviews and provides information to patients and advising prevention
- Contact traces of patients diagonsed.
- Follow-up on patients who have been diagnosed
- Contact patients for screening and treatment.
- Reviews electronic medical records (EMR) details, follow-up with doctor i/c and codes diagnosis.
- Reviews treatment details and updates outcomes
- Provides Medical Scheme information and education to Medical Scheme registrants.
- Participates in public health, educational and research activities and projects
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline (preferably in social work)
- Counselling background preferred.
- Comfortable to work in the healthcare setting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Reason for leaving each past & current employment
- Salary drawn for each past & current employment
