What You Will Do
You will be working with the team to develop and implement VolunteerInc., the new SBF Corporate Volunteering programme that helps businesses integrate volunteerism into their corporate purpose, aligning business priorities with social good.
Key responsibilities include:
(A) Programme Support & Coordination
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and webinars with partners, assisting with event logistics such as registration, setup, and post-event surveys.
Track participation, compile reports, and maintain databases to ensure smooth programme operations.
Prepare presentation materials, case studies, and visuals, while supporting relationship management and matching companies with Social Service Agencies, Volunteer Management Centres, and community partners.
(B) Measuring, Tracking & Reporting on Impact
Assist in developing templates and gathering participation and social impact data for companies and community beneficiaries.
Compile feedback, draft internal summaries, and create dashboards to track progress, trends, and overall impact.
Support the preparation of quarterly reports to showcase programme outcomes.
(C) Communications & Content Development
Draft articles, social media content, and case histories to highlight VolunteerInc. initiatives.
Compile visuals (photos, videos) for presentations, marketing, and the website.
Draft talking points, refine key messages, and gather materials for events and engagements.
Maintain a repository of case studies, visuals, volunteer testimonials, and feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to align social impact stories with VolunteerInc. and broader SBF messaging.
Who We Are Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sociology, Political Science, or Psychology.
Skills in digital marketing, data analytics, strong written and oral communication, message development, and project management.
* Must be able to commit to full-time internship for at least 3 - 6 months starting from Jan 2026.
