DESIGNATION : Social Work Associate



RESPONSIBILITIES

The Social Work Associate (SWA) works in varied practice contexts where he/she offers support in welfare, case co-ordination and renders supportive counselling to the community. SWA works with Social Workers to ensure clients are well-served and programmes are executed, and objectives are met.

Job Responsibilites:

Assist in coordinating casework, groupwork and community development activities and programmes, supporting community events and performing administrative functions

Support the planning and implementation of programmes at the centre

Assist in providing interventions and evaluations for programmes conducted

Support community outreach activities and group work







QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma in Business Administration or Social Work Other disciplines can be considered








OTHER INFORMATION

1-2 years prior experience in Social Service Sector Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
