Social Worker / Counsellor / Caseworker - Pre-Family Guidance Order (Pre-FGO), Family Guidance Order (FGO), and Integrated Service Provider (ISP)
Attend to and triage Pre-FGO application and ISP enquires.
Responsible for the liaison with MSF for all waiver and consent matters.
Refer families to appropriate resources and services.
Support in internal case allocation
Maintain database, support in data collection for research projects
Minute taking for internal meetings
Contribute to other ad-hoc projects within the team and organisation.
Requirements
Diploma in social work or related discipline.
Undergraduates pursuing their social work degree may also be considered.
At least 1-2 years' experience of working with youth and family preferred.
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with available community resources that support youth and families.
