As a Social Worker within the Family Service Centres (FSCs), you may be deployed to work with various client groups across the different FSCs.



DESIGNATION : Social Worker (FSC)



RESPONSIBILITIES

The roles & responsibilities would include but are not limited to the following:


Conduct triage and intake services for members of the community. Provide casework and counselling interventions for individuals and families. Plan and conduct group work to support the needs of beneficiaries. Engage in community work to build an ecosystem of assets and resources. Engagement and advocate with systems and stakeholders in the community. Strategize and coordinate interventions to support beneficiaries. Assist with company projects or report submissions. Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD/supervisor.




QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor / Postgraduate Diploma / Masters in Social Work. Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Casework

Counselling

Risk and crisis management

Group work facilitation

No prior work experience required for new entrants to social work. Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify and solve complex problems in a timely, efficient manner. Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable seamless collaboration with diverse groups. Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, articulate ideas concisely and collaborate effectively with team members. Passionate about uplifting vulnerable individuals and building thriving communities.
