Social Worker / Counsellor (touch Mental Wellness)

Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, grow the mental health portfolio and support outreach programme in schools for mental health
- Provide counselling to youths and parents on youth related issues and mental health related issues, both face to face and over telephone
- Provide direct case management for at-risk youths and their family members including assessment, intervention and counselling
- Plan and carry out group work
- Conduct home visits and outreach
- Manage helpline
- Engage youths over social media and gaming platforms
- Co-ordinate and network with external organisations to provide holistic care
- 5-day work week: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

- Degree/Graduate Diploma in Social Work, registered with SASW
- Masters in Counselling
- Experience with mental health work
- At least 2 years experience in case management and group work
