Conduct risks and needs assessments by considering the integration of a range of information, which includes appropriate administration of risk and needs assessment tools and frameworks
Conduct and review case plans which is reflective to proper case assessment and intervention.
Respond to crisis situations based on organisational standard operating procedures
Use of organisational frameworks to conduct a holistic assessment that includes resilience capacity and risk assessment.
Apply a logical thinking process of case conceptualisation and case assessment to come to a case intervention plan.
Plan and facilitate groupwork interventions under supervision, which includes facilitating case conferences with significant others. Review groupwork interventions for the improvement of programmes
Participate in implementing and evaluating of community outreach/ initiatives.
Demonstrate professional practice and role in accordance to the organisational vision, mission and best practice standards of the sector, which include ethical, reflexive and collaborative practice.
Requirements:
Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Proficiency in Malay/Tamil is essential as the role requires interacting with clients who mainly speak in their mother tongue (e.g Malay/Tamil) only.
