Job Description
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision:
Guide and oversee social workers, caseworkers, and support staff.Case Management:
Manage complex cases; conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans.Collaboration:
Partner with professionals, agencies, and organizations to improve social service delivery.Policy Advocacy:
Advocate for policies affecting resident well-being; help develop organizational policies.Training and Development:
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff on current best practices.Administrative Oversight:
Handle program management tasks, including budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance.Crisis Response:
Provide immediate support and intervention during crises and emergencies.Requirements:
Degree in Social Work Willing to comply with Standard Operating Procedures Willing to perform shift work per Duty Roster Min 1 year of Social Worker experience
