Job Description

Job Position: Social Workers and Counsellors (Salary Range $3900 - $6800)

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Social Work, Counselling or Psychology or Graduate Diploma in Social Work


2. Good interpersonal skills and a team player


3. Good command of English (spoken and written) and another official language


4. Passion to work with individuals and families in need


5. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job Scope

(A) Casework and Counselling

- Conduct assessment, planning, and intervention for cases


- Participate in case management meeting with community partners


- Work with formal systems and conduct case conferences

(B) Information and Referral

- Provide triage and intake services


- Referral to appropriate agencies and services

(C) Group Work and Community Work

- Plan and run group work and community programmes


- Conduct community outreach and needs assessment


- Work with community partners and stakeholders
