You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right fabrics for their homes while handling the sales process, project scheduling, and follow-ups. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy interacting with people, and can manage multiple tasks efficiently, we'd love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
>Engage with customers via phone, text, chat, and in person to guide them through fabric selection and the sales process
>Schedule and attend appointments with homeowners to assist in choosing fabrics
>Prepare and issue accurate quotations and collect deposits/balance payments
>Coordinate project timelines, including site measurements, fabric ordering, and installation
>Maintain accurate fabric checklists, stock records, and daily sales reports
>Address customer servicing or defect requests and arrange follow-up actions with the installation team
Requirements:
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills
oOrganized and able to handle multiple projects at a time
oCustomer-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude
oPrior experience in sales, customer service, or interior-related industries is an advantage (but not required)
oAble to start work immediately is preferred
