About the Role

We are seeking a

Software Consultant

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their business challenges and design, develop, and implement software solutions that drive success. You will play a critical part in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand business objectives. Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements or new solutions. Design scalable, efficient, and maintainable software architectures. Develop custom software applications or configure third-party tools to meet client needs. Provide technical leadership and guidance during implementation. Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and technical teams. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system performance. Work with cross-functional internal teams (Product, Engineering, QA) to deliver successful outcomes. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to client engagements.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

,

Software Engineering

,

Information Technology

, or

Electrical and Electronics Engineering

(EEE), or a closely related technical field. 3+ years of experience in software development or consulting. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar. Experience with modern frameworks and technologies (e.g., .NET, React, Node.js, AWS, Azure, etc.). Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

Experience in client-facing roles or professional services environments. Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or industry-specific platforms. Certification in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or project management (PMP, Scrum). * Prior experience working in a consulting firm or across multiple client engagements.
