Job Description
A world-class attraction in Singapore is currently seeking a strong Software Delivery Lead to manage their internal application team. In this role, you will be driving enterprise-level development across the organisation and manage stakeholder relationships with other tech teams within the business.
Job Scope
- Lead end-to-end software delivery across the business, from translating technical designs to deployment.
- Manage internal resources and ensure alignment for project scopes, timelines and budget while driving agile methodologies to drive projects in software development.
- Manage an internal software team of 30+ developers, system analysts and testers.
- Collaborate with other technology teams, including solution architects for design, and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
- Identify potential risks from a security perspective and implement mitigations to ensure a smooth project delivery.
- At least 8+ years of working experience doing Software development in an enterprise, regulated environment.
- Strong communication skills, as you will interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A track record leading a sizeable software team delivering successful projects.
- Strong core foundation on Agile methodologies and Java programming language.
- Exposure to DevOps tools on Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines are an advantage.
