MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Deliver an outstanding user experience by providing an exceptional, robust and intuitive application, in a time-sensitive and cost-effective way.2. Design and build software as per functional and technical requirements.3. Maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable software4. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.5. Ensure at all times the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.6. Proactively maintain code quality, organization, and automation.7. Documenting work and code clearly and ASAP to allow for quality assurance, code audit and business continuity.8. Keep tabs on technology trends and use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall software development approach.9. Render such other services & duties that maybe assigned from time to time.JOB QUALIFICATIONSA. Work Experience1. 1 to 3 years professional web development experience for a junior role.2. 3 to 5 years professional web development experience for a senior role.B. Level of Knowledge1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.2. SOLID Object-Oriented design principlesC. Competencies1. Core

2. Functional

• Object-Oriented programming principles and Design Patterns (SOLID).

• JavaScript / Typescript, Node JS + Express JS, WebRTC, WebSockets, GraphQL / REST APIs, JSON Web Token, Sequelize and/or Mongoose, database backends (Postgresql and/or MongoDB), Redis, Docker, Docker Compose.

• Knowledge in any compiled language and platform (e.g., Go, Java, Spring, .Net etc.) will be a plus

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php30,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per monthBenefits:
