About the Company
Our client is a well-established organization with a strong presence in the transport and infrastructure sector.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Software Developer (Java) to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
- Design, develop and maintain Java-based application, ensuring code is clean and scalable;
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing and deployment;
- Troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and maintain accurate technical documentation;
- Provide L3 support, implementing enhancements and resolving bugs;
- Optimise code and applications to improve performance and reliability;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for resolution of critical issues.
- Tertiary education in information technology, computer science or any relevant discipline;
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role would be an advantage;
- Strong proficiency in Java and its frameworks, as well as SQL and Oracle databases;
- Familiarity with cloud services would be an advantage;
- Driven attitude with a willingness to learn new technologies and skills;
- Ability to work well independently;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- This role is located in East Singapore;
- Hybrid work arrangement.
