Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize enterprise applications using Java (11/17), Spring Framework (Boot, Batch, Cloud, Security) and Microservices architecture. Architect and implement secure, high-availability solutions including data encryption/decryption (AES/SHA) and authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT, SSO). Work with large-scale, data-intensive applications, including integration with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle 12c, MariaDB, MySQL, and high-performance Spark-based analytics. Lead cross-functional teams, review technical design documents, and ensure delivery of clean, scalable, and well-architected code. Deploy and maintain solutions on cloud environments (AWS preferred), ensuring cost-efficiency and scalability. Partner closely with clients, business analysts, and downstream/upstream system teams to design end-to-end solutions. Ensure high quality of deliverables through SIT, UAT, and production deployment support. Continuously evaluate new tools, frameworks, and practices to keep solutions aligned with industry best standards.

Requirements:

10+ years of professional experience in Java/J2EE enterprise software development with strong focus on solution architecture. Advanced knowledge of: Java (11/17), Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Batch, Spring Security Microservices, API development, RESTful services Database systems (Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle 12c, MariaDB,MySQL) Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Build & CI/CD tools (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Postman) Strong exposure to Agile methodologies and ability to lead onsite-offshore teams. Experience in high-volume data processing and distributed computing (e.g., Spark MRE). Proven ability to design secure enterprise-grade systems using encryption standards and access control mechanisms. Excellent client interaction, requirement analysis, and documentation skills. * AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (or higher) is a strong advantage.
