About the Roles

We are seeking a skilled

Software Developer (.NET / Web Applications)

to join an established

IT consulting firm

based in

Ubi

. This is a

permanent position

offering an attractive compensation package that includes

. The role operates on a

5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm)

. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and in-house systems that drive business performance and client success.

What You'll Be Doing

Analyze business and user requirements to design, develop, and enhance in-house applications and automation scripts. Build, test, and maintain web applications or custom software solutions using the .NET Framework, ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft Visual Studio. Conduct code reviews, perform testing, and ensure software meets performance and security standards. Prepare documentation including design specifications, UAT materials, and technical reports. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and expand existing software functions and solutions. Manage project deployment to company servers or client hosting environments. Design and maintain relational database systems, ensuring reliability and efficiency. Support the organization on software-related technical matters and troubleshoot issues when needed. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline development processes and enhance system functionality. Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 2 years' experience in .NET software development; candidates with more experience may be considered for senior positions. Proven background in building enterprise-level systems with strong programming, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in object-oriented programming, Entity Framework, and SQL database design and maintenance. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, unit testing tools (e.g., NUnit or xUnit), and technical documentation. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), CI/CD pipelines, web service APIs, and front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Advantageous to have experience with React.js, Node.js, or Vue.js, container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes), PowerShell scripting, SharePoint (Server/Online), CMS platforms (Sitefinity/Directus), or low-code tools such as Power Platform or OutSystems.
