Job responsibilities:

Develop and Own Core Features:

Build and maintain new product features across

VGIG.IO

and

BW.Land

, ensuring scalability, performance, and a smooth user experience.

Expand the Digital Collectibles Ecosystem:

Design and optimize collectible minting, rarity logic, user rewards, and redemption systems that power fan engagement and brand loyalty.

Integrate Web3 & Loyalty Systems:

Work on smart contract APIs, wallet integrations, and seamless interoperability between collectibles, metaverse experiences, and brand ecosystems.

Enhance Developer & Creator Tools:

Improve SDKs, APIs, and scene editors to make it easy for brands, artists, and creators to launch experiences on our platforms.

Collaborate with Creative & Product Teams:

Translate creative campaign ideas and brand goals into functional, data-backed digital experiences.

Optimize Rendering & Front-End Performance:

Improve visual performance across

Three.js

environments and collectible dashboards for both desktop and mobile.

Drive Deployment & Analytics Pipelines:

Streamline cloud-based deployment workflows and implement analytics for tracking user journeys, conversions, and campaign performance.

Leverage AI to Enhance Engagement:

Build or integrate AI modules that improve user safety (e.g., chat moderation) and explore emerging SDKs to enhance interactivity and personalization.

Champion Code Quality & Scalability:

Uphold strong coding standards, ensure clear documentation, and contribute to team code reviews and architecture planning.

Troubleshoot & Continuously Improve:

Rapidly identify and resolve technical issues, optimizing reliability and efficiency across all active projects.

Requirements:

3-8 years of software development experience

, ideally in

interactive media, web3, gaming, or digital product environments

.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

and frameworks such as

React

,

Next.js

, or

Vite

. Experience with

Three.js

or

WebGL

for building and optimizing lightweight 3D or interactive web experiences. Familiarity with

web3 technologies

, including

smart contract APIs (ERC-721/1155)

wallet integrations

, or

tokenized reward systems

. Proven ability to

design scalable front-end architectures

and build modular, reusable components. Solid understanding of

RESTful and GraphQL APIs

, and experience integrating backend services. Proficiency with

Git workflows

(branching, PRs, reviews) and collaborative development practices. A

product-focused mindset
