Design scalable and efficient PeopleSoft components and integrations.
Ensure technical specifications adhere to architectural and security standards.
Participate in requirement workshops and design reviews.
Develop and maintain PeopleSoft modules using PeopleTools, Application Engine, SQL, SQR, Component Interface, etc.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand change requests and translate them into technical requirements.
Perform technical impact analysis, estimations, and build enhancements aligned with client needs.

Application Testing
Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.
Fix defects and optimize performance of developed changes.
Ensure delivery quality and adherence to project timelines.

Production Support
Monitor and support daily batch jobs and system processes.
Troubleshoot incidents and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Provide root-cause analysis and preventive improvements to avoid recurrence.
4. Team Lead / Code Review
Provide guidance to junior developers and testers.
Review technical design and code to maintain best practices and compliance.
Support project leads in planning and delivery coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
10-15 years of hands-on experience in PeopleSoft development and support.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced client-driven support model.
Good communication skills and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
