Android/iOS Developer with UI/UX ExperienceWe are looking for an Android/Developer with UI/UX designing skillsets who is able to understand our business requirements and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes. This person is expected to design the overall functionality of mobile app and dashboard, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate with user-testing.Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop highly interactive, user-friendly Android/iOS applications
• Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications
• Translate functional requirements from users into sound technical designs that meet the objectives
• Design, develop and implement mobile applications in accordance with user requirements
• Prepare test plans and conduct SIT and UAT to ensure robustness and quality of applications
• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance
• Involve in applications roll-out to respective app stores
• Stay up to date with new technology trends
• Able to work both independently as well as with a team on multiple projects
• Be flexible to undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
• Participate in full mobile/tablet application development lifecycle, including data to and from smart devices
• Deliver projects on time and ensure that it meets the business requirements
• Provide production support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of mobile/tablet applications
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Ask smart questions, willing to take calculated risks, and champion new ideas.Requirements
• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Design, HCI or equivalent
• Proven software development experience in Android/iOS
• More than 2 year related working experience is preferred
• iOS developer candidates need to have solid understanding of iOS development in Objective-C/Swift
• Android developer candidates need to have solid understanding of Android development in Java/Kotlin
• Prefer developer with experience in cross platform mobile application development (e.g. ReactNative, Ionic)
• Familiar with common third-party libraries and APIs
• Experience in web service integration with apps (JSON, XML, SOAP, REST)
• Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including publishing mobile apps on App stores/Google play
• Candidates with advanced working experience in development with iOS and Android SDK, Cocoa, Objective-C Frameworks, and tools will have an advantage
• Must be analytical, self-driven and proactive in keeping up with new technologies and programming languages
• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.Those with prior UI/UX experience,
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
• Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
• Experience in using UI/UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD) and design thinking, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
• Be passionate about all things UI/UX and other areas of design and innovation.
