Description

Develop and support clinic software and web services/API that exchanges data with government services.
Research for advanced software solutions to improve productivity and performance of both HQ and clinic staffs.
Develop solutions using C#/VB.NET with MSSQL database
Responsible for the 2nd level application support and able to analyse problems with users independently
To create dashboard to monitor production system status
Develop system that are secure and compliance with the IT security policy and development best practice.

Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years of programming experience in ASP.NET, Entity Framework, MVC, C#, VB.NET, AJAX
Experience in designing Web API/ SOAP web service with best practice
Experience in writing SQL script for data analysis
Experience with HTML and CSS with responsive design experience, including cross-browser/cross-device differences
Candidate with knowledge of Cloud computing like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft or Google Cloud
Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred
Experience in App Script to design dashboard on google sheet
Able to write documentation such as flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
Able to support system during clinic operational hours
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
