o Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance and support. o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. o Design, develop, and maintain high-quality internal software applications. o Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of software systems. o Implement and oversee testing and QA processes for complex systems to ensure software quality and reliability. o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. o Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. o Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment. o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. o Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet challenging deadlines. #LI-WC1

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. o 8+ years of experience in software development. o Strong proficiency in Python, Javascript and web programming. o Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. o Extensive experience with back-end development frameworks such as NodeJS or FastAPI. o Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. o Proven experience in implementing and managing testing and QA processes for complex systems. o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. o Strong communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with challenging deadlines.
