Summary: Global Compliance platform team is looking for a self-motivated Java Engineer to build and maintain the leading state of the platform that caters to compliance regulatory requirements.:Responsibilities include:Analyze product requirements and convert them into effective technical designCollaborate closely with the product team to simplify and implement regulatory requirements.Understand the technical design of the system and actively participate in design reviews.Work within a small team to develop code required for microservices.Write, test, debug, and document software applications with a focus on quality and maintainability.Write Unit tests/Functional Tests for the applications.Plan and coordinate software releases, working with domain teams to ensure smooth deployments.Lead the program from the compliance domain.Skill Sets:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or related area.

• 6-8 years of hands-on in Java, OO-based design and development.

• Strong skills in Server Side Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST, Maven, GitHub and other open-source Java Libraries.

• Database design, programming, tuning and query optimization.

• Test methodologies and testing tools, e.g., TestNG, JUnit.

• Full-SDLC cycle, with large-scale live roll-out participation as a developer.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.

• The ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across time zones is essential.

• Strong verbal and writing skills; ability to thoroughly understand product specifications and produce clear, concise documentation.

• Knowledge of QA automation processes and tools is preferred.

• Ability and willingness to be a full-stack developer
