Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

AI Engineer

to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing intelligent, agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with a strong foundation in software development and a passion for building cutting-edge technologies like LLMs and AI agents.

Responsibilities

Design, build and deploy sophisticated AI agents and applications using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain Develop robust, scalable and efficient code in key technologies such as Python Tackle complex challenges with strong logical reasoning and a hands-on approach to coding and system design Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field Minimum of 2-6 years of proven experience in Python preferably within the banking or financial services industry Strong problem-solving ability and logical reasoning skills Proficiency in Python, LangChain Proven hands-on coding experience and a solid software development background Direct experience in developing AI agents, LangGraph, LLM applications, or similar AI technologies A demonstrated willingness to pick up new challenges and learn new technologies quickly No visa sponsorship

Nice to have

Experience in data analytics, including interpretation and insight generation Practical experience in prompt engineering and optimization Experience with Azure cloud services and/or Kubernetes setup and configuration
