Key Responsibilities:
Investigate and troubleshoot
production issues and system incidents promptly
Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams to
analyse root causes
and resolve technical issues
Handle
service requests and change requests
, including development, testing, and deployment
Perform
system enhancements
and minor application developments
Conduct
unit and system integration testing
for all fixes and enhancements
Prepare and maintain
technical documentation
for system changes
Work closely with
business users
to understand their requirements and provide timely support
Participate in
release planning and deployment activities
Ensure compliance with change management and incident management processes
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
At least
3 years of experience
in software development and support using
C# .NET
technologies
Strong experience with
.NET Framework / .NET Core

ASP.NET
,
WPF
and
SQL Server
Familiar with
incident management
and
change management processes
Good understanding of
software development lifecycle (SDLC)
and
testing methodologies
Experience working with
business users
to gather requirements or clarify issues is a plus
