Ability to work independently without guidance as an Individual contributor.
Good communication skill and agile personality to communicate with customer and other development team members.
Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills

Technical skills:

Experience in requirement analysis, design, development and testing of desktop based applications.
Extensive programming skills in C++ and/or C#. The candidate should be willing to become an expert in C++.
Experience in troubleshooting using memory dump & log files.
Exposure in Agile model of development (SCRUM).
Experience of project life cycles, process, work flows.
Experience in unit testing framework.

Experience Level:

Would be a plus:

Experience in other programming languages, preferably python. Experience in any of the following domains: machine control, robotics, computer vision, industrial automation, Manufacturing execution system (MES), SCADA, SECS/GEM. Experience in using the C++ Standard Library and boost. Experience in WPF
Candidate must willing to travel to other parts of the world (China, Korea etc)
