About the Role:
We're looking for a backend-focused
Software Engineer
who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. You'll join a fast-moving product team to help design and deliver features that power next-generation digital experiences.Key Responsibilities:
Develop robust and scalable backend services using modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Go, Python, or Java). Design RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for web and mobile platforms. Work with DevOps and cloud infrastructure teams to deploy services on AWS/GCP/Azure. Optimize database performance (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure system reliability. Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow test-driven development (TDD) practices. Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions with a focus on scalability and maintainability. Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA to ship high-quality features.
Requirements:
3-6 years of software engineering experience in production environments. Proficiency in backend programming (Node.js, Java, Go, or Python). Experience with containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with cloud-native services (AWS Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). Strong grasp of API design, microservices, and secure coding practices.
