In this business critical Software Engineer (Core Java) role, you will be part of an established global team supporting clients in developing a product platform.

• Developer in Singapore: Focus on delivering high-quality software on tight timelines
• Team: Part of a dynamic global team comprising technologists, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders across multiple locations
• Responsibility: Deliver regulatory rules (MIFID, SFTR, EMIR, etc.) to the company FM business
• Mission: Commit to providing world-class technology solutions for the bank\'s financial markets business, leveraging deep domain expertise and innovative approaches

To succeed in this Software Engineer (Core Java) role, you must have experience with Core Java, Kafka and Cassandra experience.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years\' software design and development experience using Core Java
• Proficiency in Kafka and Cassandra (NoSQL) and hands-on experience with distributed caching using Hazelcast
• Demonstrated ability to design and develop scalable solutions within challenging timelines
• Prior experience working in an agile development environment
• Familiarity with microservices, containerisation, and cloud technologies
• Proficiency in Core JavaScript and React JS (essential), with additional TypeScript and C# skills. Knowledge of Kubernetes/Openshift is a plus
