About the Team
The Financial Product team is responsible for building next-generation investment solutions for crypto assets. As a developer on this team, you'll work on core services that power products across structured investments, DeFi trading/lending pools, and C2C lending. Innovation is at the heart of what we do - new trading strategies and investment ideas emerge constantly, and you'll be part of a fast-moving team that experiments, builds, and scales these ideas into real-world products for our users.
Responsibilities

• Join a greenfield project and help build a brand-new team at one of the world's leading crypto exchanges.
• Design and implement high-performing, scalable, and flexible user-centric services to support our global user base and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to drive rapid innovation in cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience, including data structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience in Microservices/API development using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Knowledge of multi-threading and distributed architecture.
• Understanding of mainstream messaging frameworks including Kafka and caching solutions like Redis.
• Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration and deployment.
• Production support experience with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in live environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of relational databases.
• Basic understanding of finance concepts, particularly structured financial products.
• Comfortable working in a cloud-based Linux environment.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in both English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional team members.
