:We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your software engineering career to the next level.As a Software Engineer III at JPMorgan Chase within the Commercial and Investment Banking (CIB) Technology, Regulatory Reporting team, you will be accountable for end-to-end technical delivery across Regulatory initiatives as well as implement new regulatory requirements. You will serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm\'s business objectives.Job responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems\xc2\xb7 Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems\xc2\xb7 Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development\xc2\xb7 Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems\xc2\xb7 Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architectureRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\xc2\xb7 Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent\xc2\xb7 Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability\xc2\xb7 Proficient in coding using the following technology stack: Java, Junit, Maven, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Batch\xc2\xb7 Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages\xc2\xb7 Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life CyclePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with modern front-end technologies\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with one or more DBMS like Oracle, MySQL, or others\xc2\xb7 Exposure to cloud technologies\xc2\xb7 Possess working experience with Payment technology, and/or Regulatory Reporting technology will be a plus\xc2\xb7 Possess knowledge of payment products and related regulatory landscape\xc2\xb7 Exposure to cloud technologies, Splunk, Apache Kafka, GrafanaAbout Us: J.P.
