Job Description

:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using PowerBuilder and PowerServer 2022, ensuring high performance and scalability

• Migrate existing PowerBuilder applications to web-based solutions using PowerServer 2022

• Perform database design, development, and optimization using SQL Server/Oracle

• Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

• Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for application development

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PowerBuilder development

• Strong knowledge of PowerServer 2022 and web deployment capabilities

• Proficiency in PowerBuilder features including DataWindow, object-oriented programming, and event-driven architecture

• Experience with SQL and relational database management systems

• Understanding of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS)

• Knowledge of REST APIs and web services integration

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
