Job Description

You will be a Reliability Engineer that will work with IT teams to provide operation and project support. You must be able to communicate well with both internal and external partners. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  Automation of day to day operation activities a. Automation of day to day task using Ansible / Shell scripting / Power Shell b. Create and maintain operation automation projects using Jenkins c. Solution documentation  Proactive Monitoring for in-scope applications and systems a. Installation, configuration and management of Dynatrace monitoring tool b. Customize monitoring as per requirement, such as API or plugins or engineered solution  Assistance in project management for reliability engineering projects a. Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure project is on track b. Project Documentation  Support for reliability engineering and middleware operation a. Support service request for reliability section b. Some operation support is 24x7. Below are examples of support after office hours:  If any production incident, the staff shall attend to the incident resolution immediately.  Support for project cutover  Support for important service request upon manager approval c. Some middleware administration and operation (WebLogic, JBoss EAP, Apache/JBoss Web Server etc) EDUCATION / TRAINING Degree or diploma holder in Computer Engineering / Science, Information Technology, Electronic, Electrical, or equivalent. EXPERIENCE  3+ years of experience in IT engineering and automation  Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment COMPUTER PROFICIENCY  SRE and automation tools like Ansible, Jenkins  Dynatrace monitoring tool  Passionate in new technology  Application solution experience  Familiar with Windows, Linux, Unix, Cloud Platform (AWS), database and middleware  Shell scripting / Power shell scripting
