About the Job

As Software engineer, you will work with cross functional team members to research, design, implementand validate cutting edge algorithms for multi-sided recommendation system platform that enable frictionless consumer experiences.

• Engage in applied research & development of social solution to co-create new social value togetherwith customers.
• Apply state-of-the-art AI technologies to devise new approaches to solve complex real-world problems and inspire customers to adopt them through proof-of-concept projects.
• Plan and execute laboratory research. Transfer AI technology researches from other NEC labs, understand, adapt and improves the technology to fit the market and meet the objectives.
• Primary contributor to patent, publication, research proposal and technical presentations.
• Work with other research or engineering disciplines to ensure successful application of R&D technology into the social solution.
  
  • Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of software application development working experience
  • Effective written and oral communication skills

• Experienced in developing front-end with RESTful API and database servers
• Experienced in HTML5/Javascipt or native mobile/edge/embeded programming
• Enjoy learning of new technologies and apply it in work
• Working experience in computer vision or machine learning will be added advantage
