This involves scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and management to ensure project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. Key Responsibilities: . Install and Maintain Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Solutions in networking and contact center settings. . Conduct first level troubleshooting to resolve issues. . Assist in case escalation to product principal while ensuring minimal disruption to operations and maintaining high quality standards. . Support network Infrastructure, daily system operation check, schedule backup and preventive maintenance. . Assist customers in patch updates, printing and submitting reports. . Coordinate job requests and update the project manager on all related project matters. . Ensure all the required project documentation is performed accordingly. . Develop application for contact centre. Requirements: . Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in IT or Professional Certification in related field. . Entry Level in related field will be considered for this role as training will be provided. . Possess knowledge of the programming languages such as Java, JavaScript and Dot NET. . Familiar with Web Applications: Angular, HTML, CSS and REST APIs. . Experience in SDLC Project Delivery, Spring & Agile Methodology. . Understanding in IT infrastructure, networking setup and Contact Center environment will be added advantage. . Possess effective communication skills. . Ability to manage project stakeholders.
