Your role

Do you like doing Techno Functional work which involves applying Business Analysis Techniques along with technical skills for redesigning existing flows or designing new ones? Do you want to use your expertise and analytical skills to analyze and design complex Data flows? Do you want to play a key role in transforming our firm into an Agile based DevOps organization?

We are looking for someone who can:

• collaborate with technologists and Vendor Teams to drive delivery within an Agile framework.
• engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
• understanding the Data Model of our Global Lending Platform and work with global team to design solution tailored to our client needs.
• help the team in the Agile journey to implement together the best practices of DevOps.
• write the functional and technical requirement specification.
• identify Automation opportunities to improve our processes.
• contribute to reduction of all security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards

The role will be based in Singapore.

Your team

In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You\'ll be working in a cross-location Team from Singapore with focus on Credit Risk Servicing for our Wealth Management business. Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise

• degree in Computer Science, Information systems or equivalent
• strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
• more than 7 years of experience in enterprise application analysis and design
• strong communicator, from making presentations to technical and functional writing
• well versed in reading and understanding Data Models and transforming the Data into needed target structure
• strong programming experience in Java8 and above version, Application Server/Tomcat in Unix, Windows platforms, Spring boot, Spring MVC frameworks, Hibernate, Junit, Gradle, Maven and Gitlab.
• experience/exposure to Credit Risk Servicing domain, UI framework (AngularJS, React will be preferable
• interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
