• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
• analyze business requirements for the Client Documents and Records Management (CDRM)
• design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages
• providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
• see that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production

We provide document creation, management and electronic archival solutions for the Bank
This benefits our Wealth Management customers and all the internal divisions of the Bank who need to manage the electronic archival of the data. As a technical lead, you\'ll play an important role in the modernization of the technology stack - be it migration from legacy technology or taking the steps towards journey to cloud.Our team size is usually 5 to 6 engineers who are full-stack skilled. We emphasize on writing good tests (unit or integration) and prefer to pair-program as much as possible. We also are PDF specialists and pride in creating highly visual and pixel prefect PDFs that delight our clients and Front Office staff.Your expertise

• Software engineer/developer focused on Data Pipelines, PDF technologies and Archival system using ObjectStore and adherence to policies for record keeping
• able to code in Java/Kotlin, Ansible (Gitlab CI/CD), familiarity with data pipeline tooling and PDF technologies also desirable
• know-how to apply standards, methods, techniques and templates as defined by our SDLC [for example, code repository handling, code inspection, penetration-avoidance]
• produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing
• design, plan and deliver solutions in a large scale enterprise environment
• passion and hunger for modern technology and open-source software (preferable play an active part in any open-source community)
