Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain both new and existing code, using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, C# and ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Windows services, and ADO.NET for data persistence and retrieval.

• Able to do coding for both Client side and Server-side coding using above technologies

• Able to perform both Front end & Backend development

• Basic Mobile application development (Android), Angular Js or React js

• Write readable, extensible, testable code, while being mindful of performance requirements.

• Perform unit testing to deliver defect-free and well-tested code to QA.

• Work with management to create and adhere to schedules, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting demands.

• Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features.

• Keep up to date on best practices and new technologies.

• Conduct your own code reviews and resolve any conflicts during code merging.

• Work with Functional Team to gather & analyze requirements.

• Collaborate with Team Lead on technical architecture and design.
  

• At least Diploma in Information Technology and other related field.

• Preferably 3-5 years of relevant experience with Manufacturing IT systems.

• Solid understanding of OOP design principles

• Visual Studio 2015, 2017,2019

• SQL Server 2012 till 2019

• C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API

• JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX

• HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design

• ADO.NET & LINQ to SQL

• Windows & web services, WCF, MSMQ

• Understanding of web technology stack, including HTTP, REST, cookies, caching.

• Working knowledge of SQL Data Entity relationship

• Proficient in SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions

• Familiar in CI/CD process and experience on any GIT will be an advantage

• Experience with scalable, performance-oriented application design and Database architecture
  

• Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)

• Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm

• Uniform & Lunch provided

• Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
