Software Engineering Manager

The Opportunity
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers. Plan and oversee software development projects from concept to deployment. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and requirements. Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tools, and team performance. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Ability to drive technical vision and mentor engineers.
8-10 years of experience in software engineering with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership or management role.
Strong technical background in full-stack software development and familiarity with modern development frameworks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
