The team is seeking for talented individuals to join as Software Engineers - where we are hiring multiple headcounts to join us! You will need to be familiar with ServiceNow, ITSM platform or similar products. This will be under contract employment till 30 November 2028.
Responsibilities:

• Apply the principles of software engineering to translate functional requirements into technical designs, and perform the coding, maintenance, testing and evaluation of computer software;
• Recommend and evaluate detailed designs of system components to ensure reusability and flexibility are practised;
• Work within an Agile development team to deliver secure, high quality applications; adopt and participate in proven software engineering practices such as:
• Unit Testing
• Continuous Integration
• Refactoring
• Test Driven Development;

• Document clearly and properly the processes, codes, and decisions made during the development and testing of software / applications;
• Perform peer code reviews;
• Ensure good quality of codes via the writing of relevant tests; and
• Perform any other IT related tasks / duties as and when assigned to support the smooth business operations

Requirements:
Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' programming experience in Javascript, Python, Bash Scripting and Powershell Scripting; and
• Minimum 1 year working on ServiceNow ITSM / CSM platforms is preferred.

Additional skills and knowledge

• Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
• Knowledge of API management / API development as well as design patterns architectures such as thin clients and microservices;
• Experience in web development (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS), Web Services integration (e.g. SOAP, REST, JSON, XML) and Database development (e.g. MySQL, NoSQL and SQLServer);
• Skills / knowledge in both mobile and web UI / UX design;
• Knowledge of critical thinking;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and solid experience in full SDLC in workflow projects.
