Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a development team to deliver scalable, high-impact digital solutions. Architect and design fullstack systems with strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability. Develop and review secure, high-performance APIs. Promote secure coding and integrate DevSecOps practices across the SDLC. Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure QA integration within DevSecOps workflows. Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and infrastructure teams. Ensure cloud deployment aligns with AWS/Azure best practices for monitoring and maintenance. Deliver compliant systems integrated with government authentication (e.g., Singpass, Corppass). Support project planning, estimation, and risk assessment.
Requirements
6+ years of hands-on development, with 2-3 years in a team or project leadership role. Proficient in fullstack development and RESTful API design. Strong understanding of secure coding and DevSecOps toolchains. Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms. Familiarity with public sector systems and government authentication integration. Agile delivery experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
